Fixed Issues in Version 7.1.5

Detailed below are the fixes in this release:

Issue ID	Description
SVSOCIAL- 14833	Translation issue after upgrade to 7.1.4.3.
SVSOCIAL- 14230	Server error is thrown while the admin is trying to open the Community Setup page.
SVSOCIAL- 13776	After upgrade to version 7.0.0.19 NewsGator is throwing error when creating a new web.
